Lou's Grassfed Beef Carpaccio

 

Raw grass-fed ribeye steak or top sirloin sliced very thin and laid out on a plate

Top with 1-2 cloves of fresh chopped organic garlic and about 1-2 teaspoons of chopped organic red onion

Drizzle with Bariani Stone Crushed Olive Oil

Sprinkle on dried organic basil, dried organic oregano, sea salt and black pepper to taste.

This is one of my all-time favorite lunch dishes.  Very easy to prepare (less than 10 minutes) and there is no need for exact measurements!  A healthy raw lunch is a great way to keep you going throughout the day.
