Exercise is great for you. But acute exercise can cause musculoskeletal pain in

the head and neck, arms and legs, back and trunk.

232 people with acute musculoskeletal pain were given either placebo or

1000mg of standardized curcumin and boswellia. 6 hours later, compared to

placebo, pain was reduced by a significantly greater 97-98%, proving that this

herbal combo is “very effective” for exercise induced musculoskeletal pain.
